Refund And Damages Policy
ANY item that requires an oyster opening or a fizzer cannot be refunded! Please understand this is custom made jewellery and there is no guarantee on the shape and colour of the pearl. Once an order has been placed and your items have been revealed, there are no returns or refunds.
Please make sure to read the item descriptions on all products you plan on ordering. If you choose to open any oysters at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made for discoloration or poorly shaped pearls. You agree to wear gloves.
If you choose to open fizzers at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made once the fizzer is fizzed, You also agree and understand that these are NOT bath bombs and are not to be used in a bath, You agree to wear gloves when fizzing at home.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or defective through transit or if you receive the wrong item.
Please take care of your pearls. Your pearl jewellery should be the first item you take off and the last item you put on. Do not wear your pearls while spraying hairspray, perfume or deodorant, and remove any of your pearl jewellery before taking a shower, bath or washing up.
